Most "AI strategy" engagements end as a Notion page nobody opens. We don't think AI is a slide deck — we think it's a workflow change. So we don't write decks; we ship working software, then tell you honestly whether to scale it.
Small on purpose
The person who scopes your project is the person who builds it. No account managers, no offshore handoff, no "we'll have to check with the team." The team is in the room.
Built, not just consulted
We write the code we recommend. Reports without prototypes are how AI projects die in committee. We ship working software in week one and course-correct from there.
Honest about scope
If a Zapier and a Notion database will solve your problem, we'll say so. We'd rather lose a project than build the wrong one. AI is not always the answer.
You own everything
Code lives in your repo. Domain, hosting, and analytics under your account. If you ever stop working with us, you walk away with everything — no rented infrastructure, no licensing traps.
Name origin
Where the name comes from.
Shenwave is rooted in the founder's surname, combined with wave — a metaphor for signal, propagation, and the quiet momentum of the AI shift. In Chinese, 神波 (Shén Bō) means "spirit signal" or "divine wave," evoking intelligence and understated power.
